    Default frag tank flow

    im setting up a 20g breeder frag tank. im gonna have a quietone 3000 as a return and im trying to figure out what powerhead to use or atleast GPH wise i should shoot for.

    Any opinions. its gonna be zoa's than some sps frags eventually when my sps grow out.

    i would go with a low flow, you can always add your sps right by where the pump out lets but with zoas they are so picky and if you put high flow on them after fragging you will blow them right off the plug. in my 5.5g frag tank i only have 105gph flow and the flow goes under the frag rack... once it hits the back wall it comes up toward the top of the tank and i can see ripples in the water there so that is where i usually place the sps i have
