lights for clarity plus retail unit

I just bought a clarity plus retail unit without lights, was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on what to use for lighting? The unit is 48" long,I have a 4 bulb 36" t12 vho retro unit , not sure if the ballast would support 48" bulbs , and the other thing with this is I'm not sure if the end caps would work for this? The end caps I have are the ones with the mounting bracket on them. I've tried looking for other end caps , but all I can find are the ones I have. If anybody has any suggestions I would appreciate it thanks.
