Default Mp10 blowing bubbles?

WTH? It's blowing bubbles. It's about 4-5" from the surface and it's not sucking from there. So where might they be coming from?

Are they comming from the skimmer? Usually the only thing in my tank to produce em, or is the mp the actual source of them

Looks like the Mp10 is actually forcing them. I no longer have a skimmer in my tank so I know that's not it. Maybe from the return but those are on the surface only. I'm not seeing the Mp10 pulling anything from the surface, at all.

Turn things off one at a time to confirm/isolate the culprit. If you figure out for sure it is the mp-10, try different settings and intensities to see if it improves.

shut it off keep it submerged, remove it from the glass and just move the angel of the wet side under the surface to see if it has air trapped inside it that it could be blowing out (probably not).

If after doing that and it still blows bubbles and your sure they arent coming from anywhere else either lower the intensity or lower the unit itself 1/2" at a time until it stops (give it a few hrs after each drop to see if it helps or not).

Well I turned it off and a bunch of bubbles came out from the inside of it....so Chort I'm thinking your right that there was air trapped inside. Let me hope this took care of it.

How long have you had the bubble issue, if it hasnt been from day one of adding the mp10 I would lower the mp10, even just a 1/2" could be all you need since you dont notice it pulling air, it may only on rare occassions pull some air.... also when u do w/c's turn off the mp10 so it doesnt suck air in then as well.

Ok cool, I would still suggest lowering it just a little, maybe 1/4-1/2" to try to prevent it from sucking in that little bit of air it is obviously pulling in occasionally and prevent this issue in the future (or lower the intensity just a little). Also, I would either throttle it waaay down or completely shut it off when doing water changes to prevent it from having the opportunity to suck air in at that time as well. Goodluck
