I'm thinking about drilling my 90 gallon aquarium for a 2" bulkhead. I have never used that large of bulkhead before. I'm looking for other peoples opinion on this. Thanks Ryan

Ryan, can you give us a little more detail? What are you planning on doing with your plumbing? Are you using this as a drain for you main filtration or a closed loop? Where are you planning on drilling (bottom, side, back)? It can definitely be done, I had a 2" bulkhead in my 150gal that another reefer had drilled for a closed loop system. It's a big hole but with the appropriate bulkhead fitting you shouldn't have any problems. Do you know if any of the glass on the tank is tempered?

I want to drill the back for a Diy overflow to the sump. Thinking about using a mag18 as return pump.
