Out with the old metal in with the new leds
just got 6 300 watt LEDS to replace 10 Metal halides. here is the before and after... by the way if anyone needs any used metal halides, lol.
I think by doing the change it saves about 230 a month for this tank operation. the tank is twice as bright.

new leds :)
here is the nice clean look of LEDs. No remote ballasts to deal with.

its a 1500 gallon tank about to be decorated with coral (im looking for frags...)

I went with blueline. I have always had good luck with them. and I get a real good deal on them. they are the brightest i have seen so far.
