Default Out with the old metal in with the new leds

Coral Reef Aquarium - Hardware - Out with the old metal in with the new leds  
just got 6 300 watt LEDS to replace 10 Metal halides. here is the before and after... by the way if anyone needs any used metal halides, lol.

I think by doing the change it saves about 230 a month for this tank operation. the tank is twice as bright.

Default new leds :)

here is the nice clean look of LEDs. No remote ballasts to deal with.

what led fixtures did you go with?

That tank is sick! Im going all led on my main soon! Are those Evolution Leds?

I went with blueline. I have always had good luck with them. and I get a real good deal on them. they are the brightest i have seen so far.

gonna be a mixed reef...(not this one its a fish only tank, for now.)
