Default Proper return pump

I bought a 180g AGA that I plan on drilling, I also plan on having a 60 or 75g sump. So two part question what would be the best size sump as I have no stand yet so one will be built wether it gets a conventional stand/canopy or it gets built into a wall. So I want to know what the better equipment it going to be for a sump, and return pump, aw heck lets make it a 3 parter, what would be a good skimmer as well?

sump.... bigger = better I'm using a 100g rubbermaid on my inwall 180
return.... personal preference really. I like slower flow through sump so I went w/ a quiet one 3000, split between my 180 and 30g lol

skimmer... I like the swc line from what ive seen they are one of the best (that aren't waaaaay overpriced) for bigger systems.
