Default question about my last froniter....lighting

    http://www.aquatraders.com/index.asp...PROD&ProdID=15

Ladies and Gentlemen, please take a quick look at the link above and let me know what you all think of this light. Let me know what coral options it will give me. I don't much about the watts....it says 542W....is that good, bad, in the middle?

Thanks for any info you can give. Dirt4dinner!
...I think my fish just farted.

I don't have first hand knowledge with that light but looks good.

I Sade fairlie good because i have 2*175 watt MH over a 55 and it dose good but
I'm border line keeping good color on some SPS

Default just one thought on these

I was reserching these light to as the price is pretty darn good.. 1st
I will say I have had some trouble working with Aquatraders some people
love them, but 1st I tried to order a filter from them the system would
not let me order said not enough in stock. so I called there number got
a geltamen that spoke broken english but told me I could order it
though them over the phone on Monday sales department is closed, ok
call back monday got somebody else no broken english she said they
don't take phone orders period to email sales several days latter they
said we will have more soon then you can order keep checking back. So
it was supposed to be up to me to fallow up on there stuff.. then there
lights same thing no stock they were expected to have more by a certain
date well they fixed the web page thatsaid out of stock till oct 22 but
you still couldn't order them. again I have talked to people that said
that they like the company and the lights but so far I am less then
impressed. also in reaserching the lights I read about a few of them
catching fire. that's scary stuff to me I found a good sale on Hamilton
lights and I am spending a little more buying a product made in the USA
not Korea and I know Hamilton stands behind there products. just
my thought that nothing is really cheep in this hobby cheep usally =
failure or problems I personaly am not chancing either. just my 2 cents.

Well I can agree that Hamilton bulbs them selves are not the bet there
are a few brands that are better probably top 5. but I have a very
strong idea that they are far better then the lights that are in the
light from Aquatraders... the lights from the hamilton will do good
till it's time to replace them..

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#I've never seen that light, but it looks good. With that many watts per gallon, I don't think there's much you couldn't keep.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#KG#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

I'm using a Hamilton DIY setup and has been vary vary good and always used their lamps till a few months ago. But i couldn't get my SPS to color up good so i changed to XM lamps and the color is just popping out.
So I'm a farm believer in getting the lamp with the best output you can get
