Thinking about this skimmer-

Went with him to pick this up(among other things). Looks like a good skimmer and the guy seemed really cool. I'm sure he will give you an update on how it performs when it is installed.

I ran across a reefer buddy that got to see this skimmer in action a while back. Said it was an excelent skimmer, and pulled some nasty stuff. He told me there is no reason to mod it for the size tank I will be running it on, but if I wanted even better results I could mod it to run it recirculating and overflow fed.

What do you guys think of that idea??

Modding it wouldnt be hard and have what I need to do it. Should I go ahead and mod it? I am leaning towords yes, but would like to here some info around here first.

I like the idea of all the overflowed water getting run through the skimmer.

Finally using this skimmer!!! Its pulling nasties like no ones buisness after an hour of being hooked up!

Think the skimmer is a DIYtzetela brand.....read the name carefully- you will figure it out!

Just got home from work, Ill check out what kinda gunk its got, and possibly get a pic!
