    Default water pump

I just finished reading Anthony Calfo's article on a return manifold. I have a 150 gal. tank,so im figuring around 15 outlets total with about 3' of head pressure. The article says I need 300-400gph per outlet, that puts me at least 4500gph. Can anyone recomend a pump of this size ?
