Default Ushio vs XM ? 175watt with electronic ballast

I found these on sale and it's time to replace my Iwasaki 14k's. Anybody use either one of these with an electronic ballast (prefer IceCap) and like 'em?

Was either one of these on the blue side? Iwasaki's are too yellow for me. These two came closer than others on Sanjay's guide to the Iwasaki using an IceCap 175w Ballast regarding par values.

What K rating on the xm's are you thinking about running? The 10k's will wash out much worse than the Iwasakis did, and be much more yellow.
