Looks like the beginnings of cyanobacteria a.k.a. red slime algae.
I would agree, that pic is kinda blurry. but looks like your getting a cyno bloom. increase your flow and cut back on the feeding and that should get a handle on it
I agrea..... you can also help by vacuuming it as you do water Cheng's

No need to panic though, it's all part of your tank maturing. Just follow the instructions above and things will work themselves out.... personal opinion, if you beat it naturally you will much further ahead than any quick fix in a bottle (ie.. chemi-clean, slime away, or any of the other gimmick products on the market), ultimately they will do more harm than good.
Every electronic device is manufactured with smoke stored deep inside... only a true genius can find a way to set it free.
I also have that discoloration in my tank, but I am on my way of curing a bad case of red slime that was way out of control. I would clean out the red slime out of my tank by means of turkey baster and net. It got so bad that it would bloom two days after I cleaned it all up. After small water changes every other week and slowed down the feeding the problem is becoming manageable. I am even seeing the substrate recovery. I also am vacuuming the substrate when I do water changes.
Good Luck!
