    Default Just started growing??

    This just started growing on piece of liverock the other day, or at least i just noticed it. it is purple and looks like it has 2 polyps, one on each side up top. any ideas on what it could be would be appreciated.

    No i still haven't figured out what it is. It had grown a little but stool looks exactly the same. i have even asked my coral supplier and he doesn't know what it is. I figured it hasn't hurt anything yet so I'll just let it grow.

    My guess is either a tunicate or a foraminiferan, with the latter being more likely. Do a Google image search and see what you think.
