    Default small shrimp/beetle things?

    At night iv'e been noticing small beetle like things crawling around on my new live rock. there really small, mabye halh a centemeter long and are slver with a lite brown stripe down it's back. i was just wondering what they are.

    i have them and so dose my boys tank i was told there good
    i dont a camra that can zoom that small if you ca do ....do it please so we both can get a positive ID on them

    ours look look whitish / clear and have a dark stripe down back and thay crawl like beetle too ..

    i also have a small white and brown star shaped thing on the glass in my tank. so far i have only seen one. it does move around, though i havn't seen it move.

    it's small about a half centemeter in diameter a is white on the sides with a brown center. i'm hoping it might be a baby starfish. i'll try to get a picture.

    the first thing you mentioned were some type of pod. they are a very good thing! your fish can eat them they will help keep your tank clean!

    what are pods? do they multiply quickly or will they grow any bigger?

    Pods are little flea looking bugs that live in your tank. They are a very good thing to have and should multiply. They hide in the daytime and are usually out at night. Pods range in size to teeny tiny little guys to about the length of a pencil eraser.
    Does water always taste like salt and poo????
