    #ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Ok i found this on the back of my tank with the red light at 7 this morning. Is it bad or good. I took it out and put it in little cage thing by himself.     hmmm not a 100 percent sure but it almost looks like an abalone, if it is then they are good grazers. they require a pretty good supply of algae.

    You should be okay... the only ones I really look out for are Sundial snails... those are the zoanthid munchers. But they should be easily ID'd, their shell is rather flat. Should be a couple of pics of them on here somewhere... do a search for sundial and it should pop right up.

    oh yeah throw the little guy back in there, he is not a sundial snail like dakar said they have a flat shell but that little guy you have got is allright yeah throw him back in there

    About the size of a pea??? I have 'em all over and have not seen any bad effects in 4 years.
