Hate being the noob that doesn't know whats what, and I can't find these Paly's anywhere online to get an idea of what they might be. Anyone have any guesses?? I really suck at getting good pictures. The ones on the bottom have a green base, with white "splotches" on them, brown skirts that are kind of long for a Paly. The ones on top have a very green center similar to a radioactive dragon eye, and yellow skirts.
Could use a better pic to be sure- but I beleive those to be a sweet morph of button polyp. When aclimated to really strong light, they can develop those really cool white streaks/splotches! Awsome find!!
I will try to move them up. My paly's seem to do better in the middle part of the tank. I had them closer to the halides and they didn't do well so now I keep all my paly's lower. Will try to move these up then. Thanks SP.
Once they get used to it palys can take alot of light. I have mine high up under the halide. I never knew why, I just thought it was the paly but mine have a white line from the center of it out to the edge.
