Default Puffer Fish Identification / Help

Hi! my girlfriend bought me a fresh water pufferfish yesterday but we don't know exactly what kind it is or how to care for it. Here are some pictures of it, if anyone could let me know how to care for it that would be great! It is yellowish green with brown spots and about 1.5" long. thanks!!
