Yep, I'm in the same boat, not sure the actinic is going to help. The greenish-looking mouth could be indicative of a PE of some type, but I don't get the impression of their typical size or polyp shape from the picture, so I would be inclined to say not. Beyond that, the lighting just doesn't draw out the color enough to really say for sure. Can you describe the coloring that you see Miz? That might help.
I collect PEs, and I'm always looking to trade for ones I don't have yet.
Give them some more light. They will color up alot more. Trust me.
