The Flower Anemone (Epicystis crucifer) is a very hardy anemone that are found in a wide range of colors like white, brown, green, red, pink and combinations of these. Also known as "Rock Anemones", they fix their foot into rocks or hard surfaces and, once attached, will not be moved easily. They can extend their foot up to several inches through substrate.

They are usually safe with fish and corals, but large Flower Anemones have been reported to eat small invertebrates and shrimp, so use caution. This anemone is not a suitable clownfish host.
