I have a nice little colony in a low flow low light area that I have had for almost a year. I just feed my whole tank once a week it has grown a little but it grows slow at least for me.

It likes low to medium light with low flow. Feed it and it will grow!! I have sprinkled pellet food, mysis, pieces of shrimp, flake food, and anything else that my tank will eat on it and it eats it up.

I have a colony that ended up in high light and high flow. I can't get it off of a rock. It is doing great. The key seems to be food. It loves to eat.

Sadly she got to big for my tank. So I gave her to 2FarNorth (Jim) He in turn fragged her up and had them for sale at our swap this past April. Most definitely a favorite of mine.
Once I upgrade I will have another!
