    Angry Target feeding problems !

I just bought a new batch of frozen foods on Tuesday from the LFS. I am now trying H2O Cyclops, I checked my water this morning before feeding, Temp 78, amm 0 nitrite 0 nitrates 0 salinity 1.024 calcium 600 ph 8.2 . When I target feed the corals today, as soon as the food gently fell on them, they all completely closed up, the only thing that stayed inflated was a frogspawn . All my pumps were off, and the CUC wents nuts, I have never seen so much chaos with them. Also bristle worms started coming out of everywhere. I thought I had only 1 or 2, nope about a dozen.
My question is, do you think I got a bad batch of food? I dont think 1 coral would eat the cyclops. I have a whole assortment of different LPS.

I have actually never used Cyclops before, first time, but it does stink ( more than most thawed fish foods). I have used a few other frozen foods in the past, with so-so luck. I really don't put my faith in these frozen foods. They always seem to produce alot of waste in the tank to me. The CUC sure like them all, but not really the fish. I know some people swear by them. Maybe i just have not found the right ones.

ZAC- thanks for the offer, I am heading up to northern Michigan tonight for a long weekend, I will get back to you though about the offer.

I am feeding a couple different clusters of Acans, Green Striped Mushrooms, Blue Mushrooms, Xenia, Frogspawn, Some Candy coral, a handful of different Zoa's, and a few different groups of Paly's., and a few heads of Pipe organ.

Also I checked my water this morning, Ammonia went from 0 to .15 , not a lot but there was an increase. So I fully cleaned my tank, and did a 25% water change.
I talked to Mike from KEE's today just to ask him if he had a bad shipment with this stuff or any other known problems , and not to complain in his ear. He told me H2O foods were usually real good, but he has seen bad batches come through in other frozen foods before. He was very nice and offered to completely exchange it, plus we can save it and possibly show the H20 rep. I was just going to trash it, it was only $5, I am glad I do business with KEE's.
