After my Sargassum trigger that it was paired up with died back in August I have lost interest in this fish. Also, I have decided to go with more smaller fish, which neither him nor them liked.... so he resides in my sump until he finds a new home. He was great with the small fish that were in the tank before him, but he is not happy when new small fish are introduced (and the peaceful types like wrasses/ anthias are not happy with him either). He was wonderful and coexisted very well with all of my corals and inverts as well including cleaner shrimp!
Up for sale/ trade is a beautiful Male Blue Throat Trigger with excellent coloration. He has held his colors even after the loss of his friend! This beauty is roughly 4.5-5" in size and requires an absolute minimum of a 4' tank, but I will give preference to someone with a 6' + tank!!!
I would be willing to do a trade involving fairy wrasses, leopard wrasses, or sps.
Yeah, certainly not ocean fresh! I have had this guy for just over 2 yrs now, and he is adjusted to tank life for sure.... eats flake, pellet, and frozen w/o any issue!
It would be possible for me to bring this guy to the swap as well.... not prefered, but possible. If I dont have to bring it to the swap I am not entirely firm on the price either
BUMP for a great looking trigger for less than you would pay at an LFS for one this size..... and mine is already eating and used to captivity, not shy like a fresh from the ocean blue throat typically is
