Default a full on ban on commercial fish harvest in Hawaii?

please take a moment to read a bill in the Hawaii State Legislature, possibly banning collection completely. SB580.

Matt Pedersen's article on RB regarding this bill can be found here.

Ret Talbot's article in Coral is another good read relating to Hawaii's collection, and can be found here.
