Default anthias

I just added a paired male and female anthias. The male seems to be doing great. The female was hanging out under some rocks which I felt was pretty normal. I just checked on them and the female is now at the top of the tank against the overflow and the back of the tank. She is not dead or floating just seems to want to hang out there. I turned the lights off to try to help with any stress. Is there anything else I can do to help her out? I can see her eyes moving and she is breathing....seems alert.

Thank you

Fairly normal really, but yeah the lights out is a good approach... infact I always do a lights out for the 1st day when adding new fish to help them transition to the tank a little better and the other fish are generally more relaxed so it gives the new ones some time to gather their senses and get ready incase anyone has an issue with the new fish when the lights are on
