OK, so in my 60g I have four fish, a yellow tang,a clown and unfortunately two damselsi can't catch. Everyone gets along and the clown never goes more than 3" away from his nem. He had a female paired w him but she jumped out a month ago. So i'm looking at adding something. The tank is 23"tall x4ft x 13 wide. Any suggestions on fish that are reef safe. I do like wrasses. Should add I got about 90lbs lrand the tank had been up for about 1 1/2yrs
Also I don't have a top on the tank
WhenI take this tank down for something bigger, damsels will be gone....
Lol yeah I know....they get salt creep and I have to clean them all the time. I picked up an algae Blenny today. This guy has a lot of personality. I don't have algae in my tank but have the strips and he was eating misus. So I think he should be good. He found his rock and seems content. I might go back to rp for a wrasse and Mandarin tomorrow when Andy is there.
Btw i.put the Blenny in my cube. So far the devil has left him alone...
Any and all wrasses better have a covered tank. They will jump, not might they simply will. Even if there was only a one inch gap the clock is ticking. I had a buddy lose a six line after 8yrs, to a one inch gap. I have lost a couple wrasses to my one inch gap. My bad for sure. Point is you must have a canopy, mesh or glass top or wrasses will end up on the floor sooner or later.
