came across this on MBI thought i would share it this is why we like to stress to ask if the fish u are buying are WC wild caught our CB captive breed witch means the whole life cycle has taken place in a tank setting hope u enjoy

i will read it a bit later but that is a HUGE accomplishment but i know we are still far from getting there. the demand is so high and the rate of which breeders can breed certain fish is low. you need tons of tank space and perfect a environment to do so. I do see them in the next few years not pulling hardly any clowns out because they are so commonly bred in tank aquaria but there will still be a few wild caught oddities that i'm sure would hit the market.
