Our clownfish is down at the sand and wiggling it's tail in the sand. Like making a hole kicking up the sand ...so I was scrubbing the glass clean with a algae scrubber. And they where going nuts. So one of em came for my hand. It happens when we move or clean stuff but we norally use a net to hold them back but I didnt do it today. But then I looked at my arm. And I'm bleeding So what's that mean when they kick up sand and attack ppl ?
It's most likely the female attacking you because you are in her territory. I have two mated pairs...one in my 60g and one in my cube. Both attack me (the females) every time I put my hand in the tank....but the pair in my cube is much larger at about 3-4yrs old and she draws blood quite a bit when she tags me. The males never leave the nem and don't care...

Clowns and other damsels are notorious for biting the hand that feeds em...little jerks, at least its not a tang's scalpel though
