Default does this mean my clowns are spawning VIDEO

so last night i went out with some friends and well the beginning of the week we did some painting in the house so i shut off the furnace and opened the windows well it got really cold last night and i forgot to close the windows and turn on the furnace. When i got home today the tank was down to 69.1 and i started clowing everything and turned on the furnace. My clowns were swimming around just fine and acting normal which is them usually being close but not this close, one keeps leaning against the glass or almost sideways. Well the tank is at 77.5 right now and as i turned on the hallway light i saw my clowns doing this.... so this is my question is does this mean they are breeding?.... or might something be wrong. All my water params come out good 8.3ph 0nitrite 0nitrate 0 amonia.
