    Default Fish recomendations

I have a 120G cube with the following fish currently:

    Large Tomatoe Clown
    Large Yellow Tang
    6-line Wrasse
    Radiant Wrasse

I never want to add fish b/c I'm always worried they won't mix well, but I have allot of empty water. What do u think would be good additions and why?

Wife wants a purple tang but I'm afraid they yellow who I've had for 6+ years would kick his ***.

All time favorite tang, also compliments the color of the yellow tang is the Powder Blue Tang. Also love the color and pattern of the Hawaiian Chevron Tang.
A small school of blue eyed cardinals (4-5) would look nice, maybe a purple firefish?

It takes a long long time to build a coral reef. Step by step the reefs survive on partnerships. And the most important partners are you and I.

that yellow is probably going to kick anything's *** that you put in there! They are friendly to accustomed companions but beware on adding anything at all new...

I would suggest another tang or angel, hopefully something larger than the yellow.

I have had the yellow for more then 6 years. Granted he has only been in the new tank for 6 months. He leaves some fish alone totally and others he chases for a week or so. I put a new wrasse in and he didn't care at all. I put a thread-fin butterfly in that was smaller then the tang b/c the tang is like 6 inches long or so. The Tang chased the thread-fin relentlessly for a couple of days and after a week or so they were fine w/ each other.

Granted I eventually traded the thread-fin in b/c I caught him eating my zoos

I will have to look into the powder blue tang. It has a different body style then the purple and yellow so maybe it would be a better choice then the purple. Whats the scoop w/ a blue eyed cardinals? I was thinking of adding some cardinals but I was leaning towards a small school of Banggai. What makes one better then the other?

Have you considered going with a group of smaller fish? I added 7 green chromis to my tank and they really liven it up by swimming all over. You could also add a pair of clowns. There are several different species and they can handle aggressive tank mates.

The yellow and the purple have a similar body type and it could be an issue, especially in a cube with not much horizontal space.
