    Default Fish Trap

I have a large damsel that I want removed from my tank and so I need to find a fish trap. I have heard of people using a two liter bottle to do the trick but have never seen a pic of one to know how to fashion it. If anyone has a pic of one or has used a commercial one that worked well, I would appreciate some info. The damsel is about 2 inches big, very skittish, and sleeps in the rockwork so I can't go after him at night. I've thought of using a hook and fishing line, but I can't bring myself to do that yet! thanks in advance

Brian, hey buddy I was in the same boat and so was repto. and we both used the fish hook method and it works. I actually have some very very very small hooks that I used (it was a damsel too) if you would like I need to get a piece of that grape anyways if your gonna be around tonight I could bring over a few hooks. it doesnt hurt the fish. but it takes a while damsels are smart little buggars and the hard part is making sure he is the one you catch. I almost caught my hippo tang 5 diff times. let me know

You're not... the truth is, I've been there, done that. The good old fashion way of fishin really works well.

That is such an awesome video, I loved it, especially the voice overs when the fish almost went into the trap. Ok, I'm gonna have to make somthing like that, just for the fun part of it. Thanks so much for the video. I really liked the flow in your tank. and I did not realize how big the trap was till you pulled it out of the tank. Your Naso is huge (naso right?). Awesome tank also, I hope to have a tank like that someday. thanks
