    Default Naso Tang

Just by luck I caught this photo today when I was messing around with the camera. Didn't even know I caught him posing until after I loaded the photos. Hope you enjoy.

Fish are always a pain to photograph... the only way to get a good one like that is by shear luck! Great pic though!

Yes it was by sheer luck that I caught him. The funny thing was that before I started taking the pics I kept hoping in the back of my mind that I would catch this pose. Knowing all too well that if I was trying I would never succeed. I was standing way back trying to get a good full tank shot. This pic is cropped because he ended up being in the shot and sitting still at the time. I love how it makes him look like he has a mohawk.

To answer another question I would place him between 7 and 8 inches. So hard to measure unless you actually take them out of the tank. I'm not sure that it's a he, if I had to guess I would say a she because it's not as brightly colored as a lot of them that I've seen. Still a great fish to have and I love watching it.

Thanks for the comments, now to upgrade the camera equipment and get some really good shots!!

Well, I like to see how my pics turned out so I will submit them here even though the title says Naso Tang. Please enjoy the pics and if you have some close up pics you would like to share go ahead and post them. Anything goes as long as it's a close up of the fish or coral.
