I ordered red and brown gracillaria and a caulerpa sampler kit from Inland Aquatics. That should do for a start. I am looking for coral skeleton hitches also. Thanks for the advice.
You can safely dye coral skeletons. I've seen posts about it on other forums. In any case, in a seahorse tank, things tend to get 'funky' fast. Most hitches (other than live rock and macro) tend to collect detritus and then grow various algae. I simply use caulerpa serrulata, caulerpa prolifera, and tonga branch for hitching posts.
