:) Okay.. seems like I'll be out of babies before I know it LOL
I JUST posted, in another thread, the fact that I'm puitting together a "Hippocampus Reidi" notebook/care manual and posting here and other sites that I haunt. When I do, I expect all the folks who are interested in my ponies to download and read. There will be a quiz :)
Okay...seriously, for all of you who are not intimately knowledgeable about Seahorses, start reading. They have unique needs and before I sell any of these dudes off... I will ensure that you are ready for them.
Visit seahorse.org and their library. It is worth the cyber trip. Read, read, read some more and get ready for the H. Reidi stampede :)

SWEET PIPE FISH!!!!!!!!!!!! And the babies sure seem to be growing fast

Dave, as we have come to expect, nothing but the greatest of updates! Keep up the good work!

Thanks,
It's truly amazing to watch the pipe fish. It will stare down live mysid, copepods, isopods and such and actually push them around with its snout, but rarely does it eat them. On the other hand, when I feed the ponies, it finds every small scrap of frozen mysid and eats it. It is also a PIG when it comes to cyclopeeze. I now need to find HIM a lil' girl to pal around with.

They've moved to a new 10 gallon growout with refugium. All are eating frozen cyclopeeze. Only a fraction eat shaved mysid. Otherwise... I just love em to death!

They LOVE the hitches at differing levels. I glued fake plant stalks to suction cups.
