Default What is wrong with my fish?

My angel fish which ive had for a week now has a wierd brownish look on the left side of his face, when I tried to look closer, I noticed the left eye is extremely foggy also. He also has been swimmin around like crazy and everytime I look online I find nothing. Please someone help me by telling me what it is so the fish doesn't die.

Bacterial infection. You can try soaking his food in tetracycline if he is eating. 3 times a day for 7 days or remove him from the display and treat the water with an gram positive antibiotic.
