    Default 90g Mixed Reef Build!

    Hi Folks!

The 90 is currently cycling, so this post is a nice recap for everyone.

    My tank has:

    AI SOL Blue Pod x2
    Vortech mp40
    Voretech battery backup
Reef Keeper Elite w/ (not yet running) net module.
Turbo twist uv sterilizer (not hooked up yet)
marineland 100 skimmer (was using a tunze 9011 but the sump wasn't tall enough )
    Marineland model 2 sump

This was taken with the lights in the room on and the tank lights not all the way up. It still blinds my poor phone camera.

Please pardon the worst rockwork i've ever done. I love the rocks I recieved from marcorocks and reefcleaners but they were all huge. :P

I've been cycling going on three weeks now so we should be close. Then the tank will get interesting.

If you dont like the rock size just break the rocks up , heres the scape I came up with using the 100 pounds I received from marco rocks DSC 0438 1 - 90g Mixed Reef Build!
It takes a long long time to build a coral reef. Step by step the reefs survive on partnerships. And the most important partners are you and I.

Nice rock work redemer! I clearly need someone to come scape my tank xD

As far as stock goes, i'm really playing it kinda lose. I have a pair of clown (an ocellaris and a bw ocellaris) and a stigmata blenny that will be moved over when I can.

I really tend to like fish that don't like to eat. Since I have the benefit of working in a fish store if something cool comes in and it eats, I buy it. The stigmata was a prime example of that. My hopes are for some cool wrasses, I really like leopards and the hawaiian cleaners but I would never order one. I'd have to see it eating first. I'd like a tiger goby, but again, gotta see it first.

I'm really less than picky as long as the stock looks nice. As for corals i'm going to do my best to only put the nicest I can find in here. As of now I have an aussie pink frogspawn, an electric green frogspawn, some nice blastos and some interesting acans that will be moving over.
