Default Chort55's 75g....

1st off, sorry for the crappy pics. I don't know if its me or my point n shoot, but guessing its me...

The boring stuff:
Standard 75g tank, drilled 3 times (2x1" returns, 1x 1.5" input) for my closed loop. Im not running a sump, just a large hob CPRfuge, with a little ball of chaeto. Running a Prism Pro hob skimmer (yeah yeah its a piece, but its better then no skimmer like I was running before w/o issue lol). Junk Pc's picked em up for dirt before I knew what I was doing, just using them till they die or I find a fixture I like and can afford. I still get decent color (PD's actually never looked more purple, although you probably can't tell from the pics). I feed alot, and a variety.... Mysis, brine, ocean nutrition formula 1 flake, and NLS Thera + pellets

Now for the goodies...

Fish:
I have 7 fish
1- 4" or so Blue Throat Trigger, eats like a champ, hid for half the 2nd day but ever since been an awesome addition.
1- 3"ish Flame Angel... partial variant, one side is normal markings, other is variant. Super sweet, super bright coloration. Thanks to Reef Paradise (Mike) for suggesting the NLS Thera+ pellets, coloration has improved greatly especially in this beast.
1- 1.5-2" occy clown, 1st fish I got
1- 1.5" 3 stripe damsel, little bugger is lucky my wife likes him or he would have been gone along time ago... bites me every time my hand goes in the tank, doesn't bother with many of the fish the trigger and flame put him in check real quick upon their additions.
1- 1.5" yellow tail damsel, sissy fish, hides whenever he can pretty much, but looks cool when he actually swims lol
1- 5-6" Passer Angel (a.k.a. King Angel) recent addition and definitly the king, amazingly beautiful fish, thick and very healthy... Eats EVERYTHING and is always hungry... so far so good with the corals other then the brain I had which has since been rehomed
1- 2.5-3" Standard red firefish, came to be after being harrassed in a fellow reefers tank with most of his tail missing, but the little guy is out and about and his tail has almost fully recovered. Beautiful fish with nice coloration, even a little purple streak on his head which is neat

Corals:
My collection is quite small right now (got a batch that didn't make it for whatever reason, and lost some stuff in my move and my upgrade ) but always hoping to expand Mostly zoa's, but looking to get into more acros with a few monti's....

1 unsure of name acro, and 1 unsure of name mille, and a serapora (reminds me of the cap/plating monties) I believe it is called as well lol
7 polyps of PD's, were always browned out under my 250w halide, starting to get some nice purple color now
I have a mixed frag of radioactive dragon eyes, and some red polyp purpley brown mouth and green skirt.
Goochers, just a few of these, been closed or super small for quite a while.
a nice small devils hand leather
some sweet wanna be keds reds that I picked up from Reef Paradise for $5 on a sale.
GSP
texas trash thats bleached from sittin in my old tank for 2 weeks w/o light while I decided weather to keep them or trade/ give em away lol
and some sponge, just some nice white stuff that hangs in the shade.
Theres some other random no name/unknown name zoas, like some cool little metallic pinks. Hopefully my pic taking skills will get better and I can show these all off better so I can figure out what they are since thats easier then my descriptions anyways lol

So yeah the collection is definitly small and weak lol If you have any free/ cheap corals you'd like to help a semi-new budget reefer out with let me know I'm always looking to add new things.

Inverts:
just a hand full of blue + red leg hermits, and a couple astrea and margarita snails.
Also an urchin, not sure on his name but its pretty cool, I think he is a "collector" urchin as he always has some kind of rock, frag, or shell on his back lol
Pics to follow...

Thanks, I can't wait either. After losing probably 10+ mini colonies in the last few months I been wondering if I'd ever get them to grow in, but now that Im done moving for now, done upgrading for now I should be ok... for now lol Hopefully over the next few months I can replace the ones I lost and work on getting new pieces as well

Thanks Rick, thats the plan right now, just get more corals and let the grow out. I might pick up a few more pieces of rock to build up the right side if I can but I'm not 100% on doing that right now... but I'd like to hide the closed loop return a little better and get my sps piece closer to the light eventually too.

Yeah I'm going to move the heater to the fuge, and work on adding more corals and see what it does. The closed loop being exposed on that side could actually be an advantage since I am hoping to move more into the SPS if the current one stays alive
