Default Fordris First SW setup (85 gal.)

I have been into fresh water for over 10 years now so im not new to aquariums but am very new to salt so i decided to start small (only 85 gallon lol) I know i wanna reef tank haven't decided exactly what kind (hard to decide when i like every piece of coral i see lol) . I am moveing in a few months so i figured now was a good time to learn how to maintain salt levels etc. when i move i plan on adding a sump to the tank right now im running two hang on the back filters. the first picture was how i started the second picture is a week or so later with more live rock and my wife went out and bought a decorator crab who was i to stop her lol

One great start! What kinds of fish do you hope to keep?

the wife wants to do clown fish i don't really care about the fish as long as it has color im more interested in the corals personally lol tho other day when i was window shopping at the LFS i did see a benny i liked and gobys are cool to. I really like the Purple Brush Gorgonian and might get this and focus the tank around it.

Very nice, neat and clean. How big is the crab? I would keep an eye on him as you move forward with your reef. Crabs make me nervous....
