    Default Jacob's Coldwater Tank

Well heres an out of the ordinary tank of mine. It is a coldwater biotope based off of the Puget Sound here in Washington. It is cooled with a chiller, I painted and made the overflow myself. It is kept at 59 degrees let me know what you think

    Awesome!

I love cold water anems, some of the coolest animals we can keep! Do you do your own collecting?

Also, that looks like a standard aquarium (based on the rim), how thick is the glass? Do you get any "sweating"?

Thanks! Yes, everything in the tank is collected from my family's property in the San Juan Islands here in WA. Yes it is the standard 15g, I haven't had any "sweating" but that is because it is the winter and cold still, but last summer I got a little, the thing is I have an AC unit just for my room so it stays basically the same temp all year.

Thanks, yeah the starfish is pretty cool, and the blue and copper are nice colors IMO.
