Default Lionheads start of a great build

My original setup is a 90gal display with a wet/dry filter with built in skimmer rated for 200gal. I also have a 24"x24'"x12" frag tank in the basement. The fragtank has turned more into a nano setup than anything.

New Setup
90gal display
100gal rubbermaid stocktank sump in basement
50gal rubbermaid stocktank (will be frag tank)
Sequence barracuda
tunze ozmolator
Vertex 180 skimmer
2 icecap 250w HQI Pendants (for frag tank)
Ordering dual reactor for GFO and carbon from bulk reef
Power head atm are two tunzes for downstairs tubs
Light is original light from 90gal I use now. A Nova Extreme 6 bulb T5 all with ATI bulbs

Currently Everything is glued together and drying. Ran into a few small problems and have to wait to get a couple items. Pictures will follow soon. I am transferring everything from current 90gal display to other 90 within the next few weeks providing everything test out right. I would eventually like to get a reef controller. Let me know what you all think.

It is already most of the way done. I ran into a problem with a bulkhead. I got sand in the seal some how. I got to drain it down let it dry and sweep it out. The problem is that the pipe is glued to the bulkhead and I dont have much play in the plumbing. I might have to unscrew some brackets to get more play. That was the only problem after running the pump for about ten minutes. The tighter I made it the more it leaked. I know there has to be sand or other substances in the seal.

Agreed!
Why the change from one 90 to another?
Sorry to hear about the bulkhead issue those suck. I had a bulkhead issue too. No matter what I did it wouldnt seal, got a new one and sealed just fine.

Both bulkheads are brand new. As far as another 90 goes is because it was free and newer than my current one. This way I can set it up the way I want to. I have gathered several pieces of rock over the years and my tank is due for a overhaul. I would have liked to go bigger but the wife said no 6' tanks. If I could have found a great deal on a 120gal 4'x2'x2' I would have went that route.
