Nice looking start. I love the scape!

I think your pimply mushroom is a yuma.

Regarding frag attachment, I tend to like plugs for smaller frags. When I am ready to secure them to their permanent location, I snap the bottom off and have a nice flat piece that I can load up with superglue.

You should start a Reef Showcase for your tank, that way it shows up on your postbit each time you post. (To do that, go to your UserCP and it's the first thing on the list.)

I got a bunch of new coral yesterday. This acan is one of them. I came home from work and found it eating a lady bug!

Changed a lot of things with this tank. I was having a few problem getting it off the ground, mainly ALK. But that has gotten better and things are doing good. I ordered a new bulb (current) to replace the crappy ebay one that I think the coral hated. I also got a Aqua C Remora Nano HOB skimmer that is doing some work. I also got my frag tank going and put a lot of the coral in there and it seems to be doing a lot better, im guessing because that tank has a 150 phoenix bulb. So pretty much this tank is gonna be the display tank so I'm working on getting everything up to par again. I also added a blue and gold Blenny that is doing great.

Hey ocho , are you having any heat issues with the 70 w halide ? When I had my 29 BC , I upgraded to the 144w pc retro fit and upgraded the fans to combat the heat. I was just curious.

Yeah I kinda am. The main problem is that the tank is in my room which is hot to begin with. Also in that room is a frag tank with a 150 halide. So far this summer, heat has been an issue already.
