printthread.php?t=20739&pp=40That's Awesome Chuck, thank you very much. I have a reactor for you too... had a bit going on and didn't get back to you. ;)
Time for another update!
It is always fun to post pictures of new stuff. I borrowed a PAR meter from MMMC to get a gage on where I am in light output, and the numbers didn't work out, so I sent a simple e-mail to Logan at Reef Breeders, and he was a pleasure to deal with. He suggested one of the 24" controllable fixtures to replace my current fixture, and shipped one out for me the next business day:

And over the tank.
The iPhone REALLY dislikes the LED's, I'll have to get the good camera out soon. I still have the club PAR meter, and I am getting 400ish PAR at 11" under the water, with the blue channel at 70% and White channel at 40%, at the sand bed, I am getting 200ish PAR! :D
The controller took about 5 minutes to figure out, from there it is a joy to watch the tank fade in and fade out over time. If you haven't looked at this fixture yet, please do so!
It does have 2 green, 2 red, and 4 UV as well as 4 warm white. I think there is 8 cool white as well. The rest are Royal blue.
The color is more "violet" then blue which I really like. The fit and finish of the fixture is also much better then my previous one.
I like them. I did a small mod to the colors, added a piece of tape over the lens... It really helps to diffuse the color over a larger area, and it is about as cheap as a mod as you can get in this hobby.
If you do it, add the widest (or no) optics you can find.

Will do Chris! I'll stock up on some brews and we can talk tanks. :)
Awesome! Glad to hear you are back to work, and back to "normal"?
I can't really say, the acans and trumpet look GREAT, my SPS are all tiny frags. Fish colors are very good as well.
