    Default Speeds new setup build

The new setup will be a 90g starfire tank 36X24X24. I will have a 29g sump under it and I need to build a stand a canopy.

    Equipment list.

    Tank 90g 36x24x24
    Sump 29g
    Skimmer MSX MiniS cone
Lighting lumatek ballast 250w HQI driving Radium using single lumabright (?) reflector.

    Chiller 1/4 horse drop in

Plan to continue with just 2 part, but may add a reactor eventually esp if I can find the small Knop-C for sale (this was my favorite for a smaller setup) I used to over drive the crap out of it and it worked great. Perhaps i'll try there HD model.

Will get the reflector to you even if I have to drive to Pruess (which is a nice field trip for me). Are you still building the tank?

The tank will be a bit of a project, but yes it will be homebuilt. It will involve using some glass I ordered and also taking apart a tank that was never used to salvage some glass. I'll also end up with a bonus tank this way since i need to replace the frag tank that i shattered the other night. This way it will be 100% starfire.

Updated sump shot added skimmer also. It is plumbed to the basement and is on my 35g right now. This will go under my 90g once it is ready. A quick shot and also a video that might show the skimmer in action.

Well the vid i see sucks, will get a lit one up later. Also anyone considering this MiniS skimmer, be sure you build a bubble trap baffle for it as it pours out micro bubbles.

Also MSX (marine solutions inc) is a great company to deal with. They were top notch, shipping tracking, packaging. I couldn't be happier and i actually like to ***** so you know this went well.
