can you make me one? lol

what are the dimensions of your overflow..
Rick
This is going to be one sweet nano!!!!
This is a genius idea
It takes a long long time to build a coral reef. Step by step the reefs survive on partnerships. And the most important partners are you and I.
sweet tank, I am looking forward to when it is full and stocked.
What a neat tank idea! I am new to this and I just love seeing people building their own ideas. Such a unique tank, I cant wait to see more!!
What size sump are ya planning on using and any designs for that yet? Very nice though so far! going to be sweet!
Thanks so much, guys!
The overflow is 6x6x9.
I'm thinking just a standard 10 gallon should do the trick nicely. There will still be a bit of room left in front and behind the sump for reactors. I would like to try to rig up an ATO somehow...
I water tested it yesterday and no leaks!!!
woo nice! i use a 10g sump on my 29g tank, works good with my hand on skimmer, i got room for heaters and probes, a fuge, and the return pump with my ATO relays. you should be fine with a 10g. just get a little 5.5g tank and set it behind the 10g for your ATO tank, they are i think 8" wide +10" for your 10g tank so that only makes 18" deep and the main is 20 so you should be fine, and then off to the one side of the ATO there should be still some room for the reactor or a hang on skimmer.
The stand will be built out of 2x4s so I will actually only have 20"-3"=17" for the sump area. I'm thinking I won't push the 10 gallon all the way back or forward. I want to make sure the 10 gallon is under the bulkheads just in case they decide to leak at some point. That way they will drip back into the sump and not onto the stand.
I have used rubbermaid cereal containers and the like in the past. I'll figure something like that out once I get the sump in there and see exactly what I'm working with. A 5.5 gallon tank would have been perfect but not quite enough room...
