    I don't know what to try next. I've moved it, put in a seperate container to try and feed it but nothing. it will only expand partially and thats it Now i know why it was free lol

    Maine took over a week to become adjusted and open finally.

    Make sure your feeding it everyday or at least every other day. It will start to open once it smells food after a few days of training (squirting it with brine shrimp/mysis shrimp with a turkey baster.)
    They like shaded areas, they are naturally found in and near caves.
    I need to attend a Fish Breeders Anonymous class.
