This information is from the supplier

This week we are excited to offer
Lookdowns, Selene volmer, to our list of ‘tankbred’
animals. We have a limited quantity, so be
sure and order one quickly if you would like to
keep this truly unique species. Most people think
of this fish as a public aquaria fish. This is partly
due to the large size of specimens collected from
the wild and the need for a large aquarium (150g+) to adequately house full-grown l
Lookdowns. As a 2.5 inch long ‘tank-bred’ fish,
this is a perfect candiate for a large fish only or
reef system. They are readily eating small pellet
and frozen foods and will get along with other tank mates. They can grow to the
size of a dinner plate in a large captive environment but may not reach large
sizes in a 200 gallon tank unless fed extensively. The neatest part about them is
their unusual appearance and long “streamers”. Care should be taken to not
place them with fish that may pick at their streamers. They should also not be
placed with small fish that may be eaten by them.

OK Dan, how much for one of these guys? They sound awesome and I have always wanted one but they usually look too big.

dan is busy at the moment putting away another shipment. This is his older, better looking, brother. The are $139.99. Wiht the 10% pet club they are 125.99. But the deal of the day is you can use your anniversay sale discount of 40% on one item until Saturday. That brings it down to $83.99. That hurts after getting the fedex overnight shipping bill.
