    Default Anenome feeding....what/how often?

Have a really nice (med size I would say) carpet that has settled in nice over the past two weeks (found a spot and stuck to it.....mostly thanks to the clown I think).

I have been feeding it a small (a 1/5th) piece of raw shrimp twice a week (I always have frozen shrimp around the house so this is easy). How often do people feed their anenomes (those that do....I know some people don't at all) and what are they feeding them (I have read somewhere saltwater "fish"/shrimp/etc. should be given saltwater "fish" rather than freshwater "catfish" and such to be sure they get specific nutriens)?
