They look like parasitic pyramidellid snails to me.
So, predator,
but it could be both... baby, predator snails... Sounds kinda like a horor movie title.
Check any clams in the tank ASAP!

Get a fairy or corriswrasse wrasse. He will chow the baby's up pronto!!

Ive been meaning to pick up a yellow corris wrasse for a while now....think the leopard wrasse will touch them?

I agree with both Tom and Binford. Looks like a predator and the leopard should go after them.
