    Default Cleaner Shrimp

I have 2 small tangs in my tank right now and a few other fish i do not have a quarentine tank up and i was wondering which chrimp is the safest and best cleaner for cleaning fish? I know there is much debate as to wether the shrimp actually cleans the fish but i wanto be safe and have my tangs protected. So which shrimp would be best for cleaning a fish for ich and other stuff?

Lysmata amboinensis is the one you want. There is also an Atlantic one available (Lysmata grabhami) which you may come across, but it does better in groups and is not such a keen cleaner. Each species has different markings in the tail so you can tell the difference: this is my amboinensis and you want the one with the same tail markings as this.
