Default Got my sea hares today!

Today I took delivery of 2 of the fugliest creatures that I've ever seen. My Sea Hares from liveaquaria. They're even fuglier than Sarah Jassica Parker!

I had them delivered here to work and I'm going to give them a nice acclimation tonight after work. I'll see if I can get some decent pictures of them too, along with my meadow of hair algae in the tank. Wish them luck in my tank cleaning adventure!!

Tell me about it! It's been Wabbit Season for too long. I never wanted to pay Next Day Air shipping for a slug, so I was holding off. LiveAquaria had them on sale last week for $13 so I ordered a couple up with a yellow watchman goby and a yellow clown goby. They backordered the hares and I thought that my search for them was going to continue. Much to my surprise last night I got an email that they hares were shipping. I hope they're half as good at chowing algae as people say!

It's all talk because they're with me at work and I don't have a camera. I'll take pictures tonight.

Well I woke up this morning, and there was still hair algae in the tank. Lazy buggers. They're pretty fascinating to watch. The eat like snails, and move like nudibranches.
