Default how long do I wait?

I have an RBTA that split last week the smaller half seems to have healed as it has moved all the way to the top of the tank to a smaller rock which I promptly put in tupperware and is currently zip tied/ hanging from the center brace of my tank. How long should I wait to sell it to get it out of my tank as I can imagine stuck in it's tupperware prison (with ventilation slits) it can't be as happy as it would be free to roam in someone elses tank.

2 weeks is what i usually wait to sell mine. 2-3 depending on how bad the split is. if it is just a 1/2 division usually 2 weeks. my RBTA just split thursday night into 3 so it will probably need 14-18 days to fully heal and be ready for sale. i put mine up presale right now for the swap though because they will be ready by then. you can list it now just put it as "pick up on ___" by time you find someone who wants it etc... it should be healed. and tell them if they want it before it is fully healed then they are buying at their own risk. they may appear to be fully healed but they are not. they need to regaul all internal organs etc... that they have and reform the mouth and stuff. it usually takes 2 weeks though.

Thanks The wife wants to keep the smaller one of the two but I don't know who would want the big one cause it's on a huge piece of live rock, like at least a 15-20lb piece.
