Default How to remove a nem from LR

So what would be an easy way to remove a nem from a rock.

I heard the credit card or finger nails but it's in some little crevices in the rock and not sure I can without damaging the foot. I have also heard hang it upside, point a powerhead at it, but there is 2 attached to the same rock and I don't want the other one to move too.

I heard use an ice cube around it's foot to get it to detach, anyone actually try this or have a simple way?

What kind of anemone?

How big of a foot?

How small is the crevice?

Make it uncomfortable where it's at-of course do so without harming it. Like to high of flow or shading it so it moves for better light.

I'm wondering how deep the hole/crevice is. Will it recede deeper into it if physically irritated?

Just my own ideas here
